I wish to build a new computer, suitable for Vista Business (no games),

and have selected most of the components except the graphics card,

which I prefer to be of the passive type (without a bulky cooling fan)

I am using a 24 inch Eizo monitor

Questions:

ATI or nVidia

What make and type gives a good performance

Max cost about 300 euros (400 dollars)
