Graphic Problem on application bar

Hi to all,
if I have posted in a wrong thread please can you move it in the
appropriate place? Thanks.
If I open a folder with a standard icon folder on the application bar
it is showed in a wrong way... I post an image:

You can see that the icon of "Nuova Cartella (new folder)" is wrong.
Can you help me?
