Group Policy Editor Error in Vista

I am using Windows Vista Ultimate and I am getting the following error while
trying to run the Group Policy Editor:

"The following error occured in C:\Windows\inf\AER_2068.ADM on line 30:
Error 64 Help String specified more than once
The file can not be loaded"

How can this be fixed?
