Group Policy Management

Is there a way to manage the settings in Windows Live Messenger on a small
business network via group policy?

We recently moved from Windows Messenger to WLM, but there is so much
"questionable" material on there that it looks more like a college student's
IM account instead of something for business. And the MS Live
Communications products are too much for a small business.
