Group Suggestion

I like many of the features in Messenger, but I wish some of them were more
group oriented. For example, I have a mix of groups that include
friends/family/co-workers etc. I would like to set properties on the
co-worker group so that I don't get notified when folks in that group
sign-in; but I want the notification for my friends/family. I also would
like to be able to have some groups as being totally blocked; so that during
certain windows of time I can block the help desk folks from reaching me but
other times I open myself up to them. Many of the personal and general
settings seem like good options for group settings rather than system
settings.

I don't know that I'm in the correct forum for such a suggestion, but I
thought it worth mentioning.

Greetings Ron,

This is a long-term feature that I've been adamant about for years, unfortunately it hasn't
happened.

Hopefully it will in the future...
