You need to get your e-mail address verified. If you don't, you can't
change the name.
To verify your address, you need to click the verification link in the
verification e-mail that sgiykd gave been sent to you when you set up the
e-mail address as a Windows Live ID.
If the e-mail didn't make it, you can go here to have the e-mail resent:
https://accountservices.passport.net...arnd=0&lc=1033
Make sure you check your spam folders and such, as it could have got caught
in there.
