Guest Only after

For some reason whenever i connect to active sync (via cradle), it goes into
Guest mode. I deleted the partnership, and the first sync works, but after
the first time, it will only sync in Guest mode. I can then again delete
the partnership and establish a new one and it will sync, but the next time
I connect, it goes to Guest.

Any ideas? I Googled it, but didn't find anything helpful.
