my tv guide does not retain the memory of the edited channels after guide
update. the same channels keep reappearing and have to be manually edited
every day. i have submitted several guide error reports. the channels are the
new DTV channels for my area which i do not recieve.

directv, albuquerque, zap2it, windows xp mce 2005

channels 883 thru 922 keep updating as new channels which appear after every
guide update.

i have to edit these channels out everyday since the switch......anger is
starting to settle in...lol.

since this problem has never been solved, does someone know how i can change
something in the epg file to solve this?..........and yes i have run the
guide setup and tried to delete lines in the epg log, but cannot see a way
of changing the setup files to fixit.

Do the channels actually exist on D* in your location? If so do they have
to be subscribed to separately with your D* service?
