Wrote this in response to a lot of problems w/ SP1. It's a simple and effective procedure of narrowing down the source driver.

In the first paragraph you should change 'and' to 'are' in this sentence:
"Kernel level process's and different from user level process (applications
like IE, Word etc.. are User level process's)."

Almost oh so timely... just got windbg installed (and the connection to the
symbol server... that was a lot easier than getting it to talk to the full
set I had downloaded)....

So the image_name is disk.sys - a Microsoft driver... now what do I do <g>
(I have an open case with post-SP1 support but it looks as though it will be
open for an awfully long time at the rate they respond...)
