Hacker in Hotmail

I'm new so bear with me. I went into my Hotmail account and everything was
normal, EXCEPT, after about a minute the whole screen went white and the IP
Address bar above changed from my Hotmail address to exactly the following:
http//127.0.0.1:1031/swf.cgi? If I used the back button I could get back
to my Hotmail account, but again in less than 30 seconds this IP took over. I
have checked Security bulletins, ran an Anti-Virus Scan (CA EZ-Anti Virus)
and nothing helps. I even went to a search engine and found out this address
might have something to do with a hacker, but I do not know how to get this
off my laptop. Can anyone advise?
