I had the same problem with my Microsoft NX-6000. I find it funny that the
MVP's on here will ask you ONE question and then never respond back;
typically because they don't know how to direct you. Many times a
uninstalling/reinstalling the offending applicatin (in this case, the webcam
software) corrects the problem. I've found this site to be only helpful on
occasion.
