i hade a windows update.. it crashed my anitvirus and windows defe

when i instalded this update i was not able to use my anitvirus or windows
defender becuse they would never show up, i reinstail my anit virus and there
are over 500 cookies from the update that can't be taken down. was this
update apouse to do soo or was somthing roung with the update

i was useing 7.5 avg

Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1) when
posting to this newsgroup, please.

Did Microsoft send this update to you in an attachment to an email message
(cf.

Installing a legitimate update via Windows Update does NOT create any
cookies.
