Halo 2 Installing problem

Well I recently got a new disc drive and went to install halo 2 again.
But when I run the startup.exe like it says to, the installation comes
up but it's just a blue background with nothing in it. I'll attach a
picture. I tried finding something on the internet but no one else had
this problem, so I thought I'd ask here.

Please GO to Start - Start search - Typin DXDIAG and then hit enter

And Post those information in this website...

It might be a Video Card issue...

Try to find the setup file and start that directly. You can also download
patches that they might have. There might also be a problem that you are a
limited user.
