Thank you so much for your fast reply! Rebooting did help

Still I am not
able to use the Handwrite feature. I continue to get the message that "Not
all participants can view handwriting, so your messages will be sent as
text". That's a step closer however. I just have to encourage a friend or
two to upgrade to the Live Messenger and install the journal viewer
Regarding the Offline Messages....I basically have two Live Messenger
logins. For example Mary1 and Mary2. I log in under Mary1 and send an
offline message to Mary2. I receive no errors and the message appears to
send correctly. However, after logging in under the Mary2 ID (using the same
Live Messenger) I do not receive the offline message.....not on the Live
messenger or the email account associated with Mary2.
I was hoping to use this as sort of a "memo" feature for myself when I have
to use other logins.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
