Had the same problem with both my husband's and my own computer, followed by
multiple crashes in both. Wasted several HOURS trying to sort it, sending
error reprts etc.
It beats me why they can turn a well-functioning computer into a pile of
rubbish in one half-loaded update. I eventually found a fix I could download
for this problem, but it still hasn't got rid of all the error messages, and
strange colour changes in the toolbar, loss of welcome voice on AOL sign-up,
something about svchost.exe, etc.
I am not a techie, and a lot of their explanations are totally beyond my
comprehension!
If anyone else can explain in words of one syllable, I'd be grateful.
