There can be some third-party application that gives you the problem.
Try the followinf steps to disable the start up items.
1) Click on Start and select Run
2) Type in msconfig and click OK
3) On the General tab, Click on Selective startup
4) Uncheck Processes System.INI File, Processes WIN.INI File and Load
Startup Items
5) On the Services tab, check the box that is labeled with "Hide All
Microsoft Services" and click the button "Disable All".
6) Click on Apply and click on the Close button.
7) Restart the system
If the system boots fine, you know the there are some startup items that is
causing the problems.
In order to find out which service is causing the problem you may run
msconfig once again and check:
1) System.INI then restart your system
Check your system now
2) Win.INI then restart your system
Check your system now
3) Click on the Startup Tab
Write all the Items that displayed
e.g. of Process
Check the first ten startup items
Click on Apply > Close > Restart the system
If your system is slow now, you will know it is one of the 10 startup items
that you have checked.
