hangs after installing sp2 (( HELP ))

i hope someone out there can help with this problem ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,after
installing sp2 i thought everything was ok until i tryed to right click on a
desktop icon then the computer hangs for ages then comes up with something
about dr watson debugger ,,,,,,,after that the computer crashes and i cant do
anything other than press the reset button to get it working
again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,everything else is ok and working fine as long as i dont
right click any desktop icons........

it was ( encode divx context menu class )
