What happened to cllipbrd.exe

Hi Everybody,
Windows XP had a utility to view and/or clear the clipboard. It was
called clipbrd.exe and I believe it was located in Windows/System32.
Is there an equivalent in Vista Home Premium.

No, but you can copy it over from XP.
