What happened to the FAX MODEM printer service? Vista (my version anyway)
does not seem to support the feature...

Can you still download it from the MS website?

I suppose that it was decided that poor people might be using the OS, so
this feature (that would be most helpful to them) was deleted.

Is there a fax-modem printer subsystem that one can use for Vista or XP that
does not cost money?
Is there one that is open source?
