What Happened to my Recycle Bin?

I installed Nero on to my Visya Premium and Lost my Recycle Bin. It does
appear in "Desktop" seen above my User name. But not the "Desktop" Folder
below my User name. How do I fix this

Right click the Desktop > click Personalize > under 'Tasks' > click Change
desktop icons > uncheck 'Recycle Bin' then recheck it > click OK.
