Hello,
you could give that a try: What permissions do you have on C:? Right-click
the drive, select Properties -> tab "Security", and if you aren't listed,
add yourself and give all permissions. If that doesn't work, try taking
ownership over C: by clicking "Advanced" -> tab "Owner" -> Edit... .
