The Hard Disk Crashed on which WSUS Contents were downloaded

I have WSUS 3.0 SP1 installed on my PC. The WSUS was installed on the C
drive of my Hard Disk and on another Hard Disk which was of 160 GB Capacity
my Contents Used to download.

Till recently every thing was running fine but my Hard Disk on which the
contents were downloaded crashed. I have tried to revive the Hard Disk but
could not do so. Now after putting a New Harddisk of the same capacity how
should I make it work.
