It really depends on if you keep good backups or not. System Restore
can be helpful in fixing some problems by restoring the computer back to
like it was on one of the restore points. If you have good backups,
then you can disable System Restore to save a junk of hard drive space.
You should have good backups anyway since System Restore point files
will most likely not be up to date with your current computer files. I
would say which is more important to you.
