My HD currently Partition as follow:

C: 195 GB
D: 270 GB

I just want to shrink drive D to 150 GB and expand C to 315 GB.
Windows Vista Disk Management only allow me to shrink D but can't
expand C. I also know Partition Magic 8.0 not compatible with Vista,
so what is a best way to Re-partition my HD?

Acronis Disk Director 10 should do this for you:
http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing.../diskdirector/

They have a free trial download, not sure if it has limitations or not.

It really isn't a "trial" version. It will let you download it and run it
but then it won't complete the changes until you pay for it, it tells you
that it is a demo only.
Is there anything else that can move a partition that is less expensive?
