Given the number of core components you're swapping out, I'd strongly
recommend that you reinstall Windows - either a repair install, or a clean
install - afterwards. A phone call to Microsoft may be necessary to
re-activate Windows afterwards, but will probably be necessary anyway even
if you don't reinstall since activation is sure to be triggered by this
major of a hardware upgrade.
