At work I have a docking station that has a 20 inch monitor. The resolution
is higher than when I don't have the docking station.

Every time I dock or undock all of my icons on my desktop get rearranged.

Is there any way to keep the icons still?

Can I create two hardware profiles, one with my 20 monitor, one without
(docked and undocked)
