Hardware upgrade

I have Windows Vista Business 64-bit slovak OEM version. I wont to upgrade on
my notebook hard drive from 120 GB to 320 GB and RAM from 2GB to 4GB.
Will I abble to install my OEM Windows again on this upgraded configuration
or it is too much, and It will counts as new machine?

Yes, and no. The system will demand a 'phone-in' activation because you
changed the drive it's installed on. They will give you the approval on the
upgrade by phone.

You could use the free trial of Acronis Migrate Easy to do it, but you will
need the temporary use of 2.5" HDD enclosure to do the cloning. They sell
for very little on eBay. Make sure you get one for SATA drives.

Don't worry about it, you are allowed to upgrade your PC with the OEM
version too. Only upgrade they would not allow is maybe the motherboard but
even then you just say the mb failed and you had to buy a new one and they
will allow it. That's the only real benefit of retail version. I can
upgrade mb and move to a new PC with no questions asked and with OEM you
just have to give them a good reason why you had to upgrade the mb. You are
still allowed to upgrade cpu, ram, HDD, video card etc. so long as it is
theoretically on the same PC. Only the motherboard determines that it is
the same PC.

If the OP has a generic 'System Builder' OEM rather than a pre-installed
version, the motherboard can be upgraded as well as every other component,
the EULA doesn't specifically excluded 'upgrades' of any type.
