Got another alias then? Michael?

We don't always get the same ones - one in particular KB931768 seems to be
the biggest problem.
Besides which, quoting the KB numbers in a message helps search/find.

I have 8 Office 2003 updates which I can't install on one of my computers,
the other compter updated ok. It's very strange as the two computer are
identical, and the one causing problem has less software installed.

First, try disabling any third-party anti-virus, anti-malware (e.g.
SpySweeper), anti-BHO, firewall, or download accelerator application.
(Enable Windows Firewall if you disabled a third-party fireall). Then try
the updates again.

If the above does not work, you can try:

1. In any Office 2003 application, pull down Help, and select "Detect and
Repair" (it might require the Office installation CD-ROM).

2. Uninstall Office 2003 completely, and re-install, then apply the latest
Office 2003 Service Pack and all pending Office 2003 updates.
