Has microsoft release the ipod fix?

I would like to know if Vista has been updated? I am asking because I do not
want to have to do another system restore to find out? This OS should not of
been released. Vista is causing problems with adobe, ipod, disappearing
CD/DVD drives and even my bios update. I have put many hours into trying to
find these prblems only to find out it is the Vista OS. I am telling everyone
I know not to upgrade until Mircosoft works out these major problems. I plan
to un-install Vista ( which I should not pay for) to XP.

Adobe and Ipod are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers.
What have they said when you asked about Vista compatibility?

The BIOS has nothing to do with Windows and everything to do with the
motherboard.
If you have problems with the BIOS, it is a motherboard issue.
You do not even need an operating system installed to update or
configure the BIOS.

I have Vista installed and I love it. i have had no problems with anything
on it. I plan to leave Vista installed and tell everyone to do the same.
