Always check what updates you are taking and never take any driver updates
from M unless you want problems.
Roll back on your driver or use system restore in safe mode
Take driver updates only if the hardware is not functioning well: if it
ain't broke: do not "fix" it .
In this case you can go to the realtek website if a driver is needed.
