Hi -

I have an unusual situation. I have a system drive with 3 partitions - C/D/E
set up as XP boot/Vista boot/Programs. I have 2 more drives in a RAID 0
array set as drive F.

What I want to do is break the RAID and copy the contents to each
*individual* drive so I will have a mirror image.

Now, I want to set the system up so that XP accesses F(1) and Vista accesses
F(2) but each OS must see the drive as F.

Now I know I could go in and manually change the drive letter before booting
but I wonder - could I setup an autoexec.bat file for one OS that would
contain SUBST command.

Or, boot into XP and set F(1) to F: and F(2) to X - it won't be used. Then
boot into Vista and set F(2) to F: and F(1) to X.

Thanx,

Vic

Just set the drive letter in Disk Management under XP and Vista. Once
you do that, the drive letters won't change.
