I really like this forum. People are eager to help, and not only that ,
those who offered help are knowledgeable computer "geeks", unlike forum such
as Yahoo!answers which, well shall we say " only for the kids". Having said
that,I am having hard time looking for either my own questions or answers to
other's questions. I could have scrolled up and down and still missed the
one I was looking for. It's ok to scroll up and down if I want to see what I
can help, BUT when I want to retrieve a certain info ie. questions or
answers, I want to be able to do it in 21st. century way, not stone age
method ! Is it possible to have reply/comment from the moderator or someone
with authority in this forum about this matter ? I REALLY mean it .

Doesn't Windows Mail have a way to "watch" a thread?

Windows Mail actually watches your replies anyway, IIRC. You can also add
other Message Rules. I also add a flag to threads that I reply to, so I can
sort by flag.

Also, Ctrl + H is a very handy way to just show the threads you have
responded to.

suppl. to " I have a beef !" : I know the list is in alphabetical order,
but how many people wrote down the Subject of the question they answered? If
you don't remember the 1st. alphabet, you gonna to scroll up and down !
Forum is great, system is flawed. People are the best! ( except Jim and
Frank --- hehehe .Joking. )

Er, you know where it says Subject, From, Sent, Size, etc, at the top?
Click on Date. Now click it again. See?

I just tried CTRL+H, it red-inked all my questions, but it does nothing to
the answers I gave to other's questions. Would you show me how to " add a
flag to threads I reply to " ?Thank you.

just use a news client that enables you to search for articles by
subject line or author (I use Thunderbird, I'm sure lots of others have
same search-features..)

That is a function of your newsreader - not usenet or the group.

Nope. I clicked on the date under the heading SENT, then click the date
again. Nothing happened.
