i have dll files that are missing

i have dll files that are missing and i have lost all of my sound on my
computer completely, i have tried to reinstall my copy of windows 98 SE and
it says that i have some missing files how do i retieve those files and or
how do i get my sound back, please if any one can help me out i would greatly
appreciate it

When I had 98SE I went missing some dll's and took it to a computer shop.
They found and installed the missing items for me. The dll files I was
missing also affected my sound card. hope it helps.
