I have problems adding smileys from others...

I just 'updated' to windows live messenger 8.1 from msn messenger 7.5. ALL my
smileys disapered. I tried to add them again when friends sends them but i
cant - theres a message tellin me that the image is already in use and that i
have to choose another image...
I can add that smiley if i logg out fr windows live messenger and then log
in again but i can only add ONE smiley - if i try to add another, the same
message will show up AGAIN and im sick and tired of loggin in and out to be
able to add those darn smileys i had on msn messenger... All the ones i DIDNT
have is 'addable'. Somethings wrong but i dont know what and id be VERY happy
if someone can help me with this problem.
