I have upgraded from XP to Vista but my address book has gone.

A few months ago I upgraded from XP to Vista with some cables. I have all of
my contacts but my address book has disappeared. When I select to when
composing a new email I have no list to choose from. When I attempt to create
Rules and Alerts I have no names to select.

Can anyone assist?

Windows Address book has become Windows Contacts in Vista..
