I have windows update set to auto, and they download, but none ins

I have all the updates on a list as long as my arm, and none of them have
installed, it says to click on the ? to get the reason, but gives me nothing"
No answer at all? Hep!!!

Which Version of Windows is installed ? If XP and a Repair Installation
was done than go to Start > Run > type in

regsvr32 wups2.dll
Click OK or press Enter
The updates should install now.
