Having problems with the Folder Sharing.

Is this on the server side or is this peer - - peer related problem?
This feature is a great feature however, it is not reliable in my
experiences. When it does work, it works fair, but most of the time it is not
accurate in reporting what actions it is performing. I need to know if it is
connecting to the fellow contact and where the problem lies.
Is there any tools or Trace Versions for use to identify the problem?

Messenger will attempt to connect directly for folder sharing, but failing that it should
send the files through the server instead.
So it can be both.

There is no tracing tools and the connection log you can turn on won't show it AFAIK (at
least not for direct sessions).

You could always use a packet scanning tool like Wireshark or something I suppose.
