Having trouble getting on the web

I keep getting msg. action cancel,no page to display.I get this even when i click
on links in any email i get.This happens on AOL and Bellsouth.What can i do to resolve this?

Start by asking in the right newsgroup. This one is for the windows
update feature so unless the problems started as a result of installing
a windows update then this isn't the right forum. You can also ask AOL
