Check filesystem on that disk, from GUI, or with cmd command chkdsk /f
<letter:>.

It's normal. You don't have enough NTFS permissions to open those
folders. You can, if you run anything as SYSTEM user, for ex. with
psexec.exe from Sysinternals. Preferably Total Commander, but a free
WinDirStat show you almost everything.
