They will just ignore me or want to charge me 100 bucks per hour for a
support ticket. I known they read this group so don't try to fool me.

No, they don't. You are erroneously assuming Microsoft cares about it's
paying customers. They don't.

Any Microsoft staff involvement in this group is on a voluntary basis.
No MSFT employee would be allowed to make any official statement in this
peer to peer support newsgroup about the comment made by a Royalty OEM exec.
(and I should know)
