Headphones Problem

I just got Home Premium and I use my headphones for NR2003. Well the problem
is that when I connect my headphones to my sound car (SB Audigy 2 ZS Gamer) I
can hear everything going on.

On XP I couldn't hear anything other then the other people; it's quite
annoying to say something and hear myself at the same time
