My keyboard keep sending command prompts...when typing and e-mail, it goes
to the previous screen like using the back button when I hit the backspace
bar....scrolls down the page if i push space...etc....What do I do???

Test with a new keyboard perhaps?

BTW, what Windows Update did this?

That means the focus is changing from the Text input area to the
page frame. So always make sure of your keyboard focus before
using those keystroke commands. E.g. click in there to make sure
the Edit I-bar cursor is showing before using those keys,
especially after you haven't been typing for a while.
