1. ALT+TAB to select the window you want to move.
2. ALT+SPACEBAR to open the window dropdown menu
3. Press the M key to select the MOVE command
4. Use the ARROW KEYS to relocate the window
5. Press the ENTER key when you have the Window in the desired
location.

utlility for Multiple Monitors.
