Hi All!

Yesterday I'd changed some contact items on PC Outlook and made sync.
Today i'd found that these items was disappeared from my pocket pc
smartphone.

Whay it's happen? They was very important business contacts!
What i can do to prevent this?

I'd have HTC touch with WM 6.1 and Activesync 4.5 on WinXP/sp3

Thanks for your advices,
Mischael

are these contacts still present in Outlook? If so maybe Outlook
changed the order of firstname and surename (see "Save As" select box)
so these contacts appear on another place in the list of your PPC.
This happend to me sometimes but I never lost any contact when editing
them in Outlook.

No, these contacts is lost both from outlook and device.

I want explain some details about situation:

Before I lost important items, I'd delete some old contacts and after that
I'd edit some other and then connect device to sync changes.
