Help and support is corrupt

I had a problem a few months ago where help and support was not functioning,
i was able to correct the problem via a post on the forums but after that
whenever i open HELP AND SUPPORT i do not have any of the icons for example
under the heading FIND AN ANSWER, there is listed windows basics, security
and maintainence and so on, in the box there is a red cross and the name next
to it but not the original picture.

ANY IDEAS?

This is a known problem...
A search of this newsgroup (try it sometime) found a reference to this...
