help and support icon

I am currently running Windows XP with SP1. I somehow lost access to my help
and support icon. Can anyone tell me how to recover this? When click on the
icon this message appears, Windows can not open help and support becasuse a
system service is not running, to fix this problem, start the service named
"help and support". I just can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone help
me?

Go to Start/Run and type in: services.msc. From there scroll down to Help and
Support and make sure the service is set to Automatic and is Started.
