Help & Support Not Working

Help and Support in Vista :Ultimate not working.

Get message "This Content Under Construction" and
"We Were Unable To Retrieve The Required Topic".

Googled for fixes, which tried, and all unsuccessful.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Was this in the main Vista screen, or were you trying to find Help in an
application you were running? HOW were you accessing Help: with <F1>, or
with Start | Help and Support? Or in some other way?

I ran Vista Ultimate from before it went RTM until the Win7 pre-beta
appeared last Fall and don't recall ever seeing an "under construction"
message from Vista Help and Support. But I have seen that message when
running some applications. (Win7 is still in beta and much of its Help file
is incomplete, of course.)

Problem occurs if go to Start > Help and Support or click on (or use
F1 key) to open Help for all windows' applications.

Windows Help and Support screen comes up but is blank and if type something
in search (eg windows mail), get the "This Content Under Construction"
message
and other one mentioned in 1st post.

Found exact problem here, but haven't been able to resolve as yet
