Help and Support Pop up when Windows starts

Why is it everytime I login to my laptop Help and Support pops up.
Is there a way to get rid of it? Very annoying.

Hi Jerid,

Check in Startup Programs to see if it is listed there. If it is, then
you can disable or remove it. This will show you how, but you may have
to do METHOD THREE to find it though.
