Help and Support won't connect

My Help and Support in Windows XP will no longer connect to Instant Support.
This happened before I downloaded SP2, so evidently that isn't the problem.
Of course, now I can't get instant support to help!

Also note that you have posted this in a windows update newsgroup.
Doesn't sound like your problem is associated with the wu feature. You
would be better off posting this to:
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...dowsxp.general
