Help audio won't stop

I have IE9 and just recently when I go to a new page I will occasionally
hear the ending of help audio in the background that has nothing to do with
the page I'm on. It appears to be the last portion of help audio telling me
how to click on Tools...Internet Options...General..and how to delete the
browsing history. Thinking that history might be what is causing this audio
to repeat when I change sites I deleted the history but it still continues.
Any ideas?

Do you have the Accessability Options enabled that give audio to the Help
Menu items?

Your computer is trying to help you, and has the audio enabled so it speaks
the help topic that it thinks you want to know about.

I may have stopped the problem. In addition to the above I checked
"delete browsing history on exit". So far, so good. (about 5 times
checked)

Aha. Somewhere along the line in View...Sort By... I had it set to Subject,
thinking in would keep things together by Subject. I changed that entry to
Conversations and..."voila"... the Conversations icon was no longer grayed
out and the items with the same subject (conversations) were collapsed and
could be expanded when desired.
